     Brenda Miller has been a Reiki Master /Teacher Practitioner since 2004. She has lived in the Austin area for 23 wonderful years.  She
became a Reiki Practitioner to free herself of Fibromyalgia/Myofacial Pain Syndrome that she has lived with since 1995. By becoming a Reiki
Practitioner, it has giving her the freedom from the excruciating pain and chronic fatigue of this debilitating syndrome.  Relief did not happen
overnight, but with constant self-healing Reiki treatments and treatments from other Reiki Practitioners, she has almost eliminated
Fibromyalgia from her life.
       Reiki is used for stress reduction, relaxation, clearing and balancing your Chakras, symptom relief, etc.  Reiki works effectively alongside
traditional Western health-care as well as Eastern medicines and natural remedies.  The AMA states that more than 75% of all illnesses and
diseases are caused by stress, which Reiki energy healing is a wonderful stress reducer/eliminator.  Reiki is beneficial for children with
Autism, ADD, and ADHD.  Not only is Reiki beneficial to your body, mind, and spirit, it is also a longevity booster.   Brenda also incorporates the
benefits of reflexology, acupressure, and aromatherapy in her Reiki sessions.
       Brenda has been teaching Usui Reiki since 2010. She teaches Level 1 and Level 2 together in a weekend class.  After being attuned to
Level 1, you are a Reiki Practitioner.  Level 3, the Master Level, is taught in a one-day class.  After acquiring the Master attunement, you are able
to teach and pass attunements to others seeking to become Reiki Practitioners.  But, there is no obligation to teach Reiki, so just enjoy being a
Reiki Practitioner by sending out this loving healing energy to one and all.
